According with the industry tendencies and needs, FUSONI has developed an own technology of mold release agents for the processes of foundry, of not ferrous materials, becoming a competitive option for those processes.
We have introduced our high-quality and performance mold release agents , that provide good lubrication, a great film formation and thermal resistance to the high temperatures. This new product line are emulsions in stable proportions, they are 100% base water, since the evaporation of the water is also used to chill the molds. That is why they can be diluted in low concentrations.
